The focus and approach differs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Competence Lane focuses on:<br>Knowledge, Skill, Experience, Behavior (change), Mindset of persons and groups.<br>HSEQ can be part of this, but not necessarily. The focus and approach is completely different.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A mix of Shipping Lane and Competence Lane?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brilliant idea! A combination unique in the market!
